Health and Fitness Zone

In partnership with Pride Sports League and DLL

Capital City Pride promotes healthy living and socialization for the LGBTQ+ community through physical activity and sports. Partnering with Pride Sports League, we welcome a whole area dedicated to the celebration of fitness, education, health, and wellness to further bring our community together.
Past activities included a dunk tank, food tent, and a bags tournament. Informational booths are also available on learning how to get more involved in your fitness as well as what physical activities and leagues are open for sign ups. No matter what current fitness level you are at, there are activities for all.
