VENDORS
Online registration for all 2021 Pride Fest vendor/booths will be available in the coming months so stay tuned for your opportunity to join in on the historical Pride Fest Celebration! Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors made the tough but correct decision to cancel in-person Pride Fest so we held a month long virtual celebration that was super successful reaching 100k and engaging almost 30k people.
2019 was a historical year of in-person event(s) with over 30k in attendance on Pride Fest Weekend, the largest festival in our 40+ years as an organization! We sold out all vendor spots with a waitlist and even though we plan to add more spaces in 2021, we fully expect for these to sell out and quickly so be sure to check in here periodically for up to date information. There will be an announcement of when vending will be open to the public so you should have ample notice.

FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS

This is any commercial company and/or business that does not have a federal non-profit designation ie 501(c)3, 501(c)6, etc. and/or is not selling any merchandise. If you are a non-profit and intend to sell vs. give away merchandise then you will be considered a commercial entity in this scenario.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

This is for any organization that has a non-profit federal designation and will not be selling any merchandise. Here are some examples of the different types of non-profits under IRS's 501(c) code: 501(c)3, 501(c)4, and 501(c)6.
FOOD VENDOR

Trucks Only
The only food vendors that we are accepting applications from are Food Trucks. Must have ability to display, at all times, all items for sale with the associated prices. Please be aware that if you need electrical hookup, it is an additional charge.
ADDITIONAL SPACE

This only applies if you have already purchased a "Business" and/or "Non-Profit" booth at the above rates and they are the same size, just a reduced rate for already purchasing a vending spot.
ELECTRICITY

If you are in need of electricity whether a food, commercial or non-profit vendor, the price is the same and please ensure you have a 50-100 ft heavy duty extension cord and duct tape. Cord will be needed to ensure connection to power sources and tape to secure cords to the ground.
