2024 PrideFest Booth Space and Parade Entry Application
The 2024 Vendor Booth Space and Parade Entry application is now open. All applications will be reviewed within 10 days, and approved applicants will be sent a link to pay and reserve their booth space and/or parade entry. Booth Space Rates:
- Commercial – Food Truck: $1500 (All food vendors must be food trucks.)
- Commercial – Sales, non-food: $1250 for 10’x10’ / $750 for an additional 10’x10′ space
- For-profit – Non-sales: $1000 for 10’x10’ / $750 for an additional 10’x10′ space
- Political: $500 for 10’x10’ / $300 for an additional 10’x10′ space
- Nonprofit: $300 for 10’x10’ / $300 for an additional 10’x10′ space
- Artist/Crafter (only selling/displaying your own work): $300 for 10×10′ (no double-space option)

*All booths should remain open throughout the festival. No single-day passes are available.
**Late arrival and closing early are prohibited. Non-commercial vendors (sponsors, nonprofits, political, and informative) must operate between the hours of noon and 5pm. On Saturday, food truck vendors must operate between the hours of 10am and 10pm. Vendors may stay until midnight on Saturday, as attendance is typically high until midnight. The festival ends at 5pm on Sunday.
Requirements
Vendor participation requires adherence to all details set forth in this document form. All vendors must have a certificate of insurance. Food vendors are required to contact the Polk County Health Department for a license, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are registered to be a food vendor. The Polk County Health Department is the final approval on requirements and details relating to food, cleanliness, and menu items. We expect all vendors to have permits to vend.
Food vendors and other commercial vendors must submit all pricing prior to the festival with a display, at all times, of all items for sale with the associated price. Prices must be fixed. Vendors should discuss any preference of placement or special requirements prior to signing an agreement. No dumping into the city drainage system will be allowed including grease, cleaners, excess beverages, or food debris. Load in times will be on Friday, June 7th between 9am and Noon. You will be sent a specific arrival time for your booth closer to the festival. You will not be allowed to drive onto the festival grounds after 2pm on Friday.
All Booth Registrations are final as we may not be able to back-fill your space if you are not able to attend. Refunds will be granted only in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
This is a rain or shine event.
Booth Space Only
CCP PrideFest will provide spaces measuring 10’x10’ or as allowed based on vendor classification. Electrical access is available for sale, but it is limited. All vendors should plan to supply their own:
- Tents, trucks, tables, chairs, and supplies (including extension cords and power strips)
- Personal signage (registered with your form)
- Change/credit card processing equipment
- Two (2) garbage cans and bags for waste disposal
- Proper weights to secure your tent (i.e. sandbags, weights, or concrete blocks. You cannot stake into the street or sidewalk.)
Overnight Security
There is security at the event location overnight, but vendors are strongly encouraged to remove items of value from booths. Anything stolen is not the responsibility of the festival, it is the responsibility of the vendor. Additionally, tents may remain at your space overnight, but vendors are also encouraged to monitor the weather to ensure that tents are secured and/or removed from your space if the weather becomes inclement. Although the roads are closed, sidewalks, East Village businesses, and other public areas are not, and the event is not fenced.
Friday Festival Load-in
- You are required to load in on Friday, June 7th by Noon.
- Special exemptions will be issued on a case-by-case basis for those whose work does not allow them to set up on Friday.
Sunday Festival Load-out
We know by the end of the festival on Sunday everyone is tired and ready to go home. However, we expect the following:
- No vehicles will be allowed on the Festival Grounds until 5pm.
- You drive slowly and carefully the entire time.
- You respect the festival staff and volunteers, their directions, and the possible need to wait longer than expected to leave.
